libbcmail-java software package provides Bouncy Castle generators/processors for S/MIME and CMS, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbcmail-java
libbcmail-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbcmail-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbcmail-java *
You will get with libbcmail-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
